If you sign up for the 7-day free trial and don’t find the workouts helpful or useful just send an email within the first 7 days and you won’t pay a penny!

As soon as you sign up for the Workout Dashboard you’ll be invited to our Closed Facebook Group that I run for Members Only. This is a group made up of my Current Clients who are all at some point of their transformation journey. There you will be able to ask me questions directly and even shoot me a message if there is something specific to yourself! I check this page personally every day and am always happy to help!

While the Dashboard Workouts provide you with 5 New Weekly Workouts + Cardio every week you are more than welcome to pair it with your own routine, or another that you are already following! Some members of the Dashboard choose their favorite 2-3 workouts each week that they know they need the most help with (maybe it’s Shoulders or Legs) and then follow their own routine the rest of the week!

The length of the Workouts will depend on your current fitness level. All exercises & sets have suggested rest periods provided, but I always encourage people to move at their own pace & use the rest periods provided as a challenge to achieve! On average most of the workouts end up taking roughly 60 minutes to complete!
