I’ve been using Pre for about a month now and have seen positive results. Superficially, the flavor is “orange-ish” which is not objectionable – plus, I’m on a very low sugar diet and it’s the sweetest thing I’ll consume all day, so I actually look forward to it. My gym is about a 30-40 minute drive from my house, so I’ll just put a scoop into a bicycle water bottle, then add about 8oz water to it and shake…and drink on the way to my workout. The net feeling for me is somewhere between coffee and one of those all-day energy drinks. I find I have a bit more stamina (both in duration and instant effort) in my workouts and, according to my Garmin heart monitor, my workout heart rate is about 5 BPM +/- higher during my workouts. I also appear to have slightly more vascularity when I take Pre than my normal state. For me, I believe Pre helps me push a bit harder in my workouts, and grunt out an extra rep or two. Could I do the same without Pre? Maybe. But, given the fact that Pre contains natural ingredients and yields actual results, I’ll stick with what works.
As someone who goes to the gym 4-5 days a week I have tried a lot of pre-workouts. I wasn’t sure how this would compare to stuff like C4 or MP Assault. Since there isn’t anything out there comparing them I’ll go ahead & do a quick write-up myself!
One of the things I liked about Pre is that I didn’t feel nauseous or over the top jittery like I did on C4. If anything I feel like the Pre could stand to have a little more caffeine, but I could probably stand to scale back anyway
The pumps with this are incredible! I felt like I got a really good connection to my muscle during the workout & it stayed for a couple hours aftter
The part that probably surprised me the most was the endurance. I normally work out for 45 minutes or so and noticed that at almost an hour I was still going strong.
Overall I would give Pre 5 stars with my only real complaint being that it could stand to have a little more caffeine, as far as getting more out of my workout it definitely makes a difference though!
Been using Matt Hoodie Fitness Pre since he launched it . I’ve tried many others and this is by far my favorite. Great taste and last the entire workout, I can feel a big difference if I forget to bring it that day . I like the extra pump I get without the jitters that others cause. I will definitely continue to use Matt Hoodie Fitness Pre workout. Alex S.
